Mr. Kakar serves as the Principal Associate at UN Legal Group since December 2022, bringing a blend of robust legal expertise and international academic experience. He completed his LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and his LLM in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Monash University, Australia.

Mr. Kakar is a licensed advocate in India and has extensive experience working across corporate law, commercial litigation, and legal drafting.
