Our partner, Ms. Jain joined the Bar Council of Delhi. She has been involved in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters and also extensively dealt with various Civil suits relating to Injunctions, Declaration, Summary Suits, Money (Recovery) Suits, Partition, Possession, Recovery of Debts Due to Banks, Negotiable Instruments, Rent suits, Intellectual Property Rights, Probate, MSME Case, Letters Of Administration and Arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Bhardwaj joined as member of Delhi bar association. He worked in the different areas such as commercial contracts and transections, corporate and commercial laws and others. Since starting, he has been involved in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters including Sale & Purchase, technological, Employment, Dispute Resolution and many regulatory, compliance and he is also involved in IPR matters.
